(S)potted: Seeding the City Concert

Folk meets horticulture for this Nest Collective campfire event at Bethnal Green’s Phytology site where botanists and artists come together to explore the medicinal properties of  of wild plants in urban environments as part of a ‘Talks, Walks and Sustenance’ weekend organised by Siobhan Davies Dance Sat 17th and Sun 18th May.
With projects including collaboration with The Ministry of Stories, illustrator Tanya Baldwin, street artist Vhils, Eastern European women’s centre Jagonari, holding a sing song around the campfire with the Nest Collective (see STC  post) in their garden makes total sense! A chance to visit this intriguing venture and listen to some quality folk music by local musicians whilst eating soup. Sounds like an interesting Saturday night.
