Yolk celebrate that simple yet incredibly versatile ingredient, the egg. Whipped, beaten, scrambled, poached, fried, boiled, baked.. you name it, they’ll skilfully inflict it in a whole variety of ways. Their love shines through in their simple yet eggsalent (sorry couldn’t help myself) dishes from slow scrabbled duck egg with truffle oil on sourdough bread, manchego tortilla, eggs benedict with a twist. Yolk have a kitchen residency at the hidden gem of a pub The Faltering Fullback every Saturday and Sunday lunchtime.
